Designed for teens ages 13-19, this program blends a beginner-friendly yoga session with the calming presence of adorable rescue dogs. Participants will enjoy gentle yoga movements and mindfulness techniques to help reduce stress, improve flexibility, and support emotional well-being. After the session, teens can relax and bond with the pups! Whether you’re new to yoga or just love dogs, this event offers the perfect mix of self-care, connection, and cuteness in a fun and supportive environment. Please bring your own yoga mat — a limited number of mats will also be available on-site.
